Kid friendly, guilt free, healthy, fun and refreshing for those hot summer days. We let the kiddos assemble their banana splits and they had a blast making them and even more fun eating them.
INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon
Bananas
Cherries
Blueberries
Nuts or Granola
Chia Seeds
Sprinkles

Fruit Dip
1 Block Cream Cheese - Softened
1 large or 2 small containers Marshmallow fluff
1tbl Vanilla
-Blend till smooth and creamy

STEPS:
Use an Ice cream scoop to scoop Watermelon into balls - Refrigerate to chill
Make the fruit dip in a mixer or blender - Refrigerate
Slice bananas lengthwise

ASSEMBLY:
3 Watermelon balls in center of dish
Slice of banana on each side
Drizzle your fruit dip or honey across the top
Add the fruit/nut toppings you like
Top with a cherry
